SUMMUM PRIME BOUTIQUE HOTEL

In the heart of Palma, the Summum Prime Boutique Hotel is born.  Its privileged location in the social center of the Balearic capital gives it the prominence of a dazzling establishment, the result of the reconstruction of one of the most welcoming historical buildings in the city: the Ca’n Berga-Ladaria Palace .

The building was built in the fifteenth century and has been modified over the years to acquire a stately and palatial character. It highlights the exclusive selection of pieces of furniture, resulting in exquisite decoration. A bright and daring staging that integrates very diverse products that are given relevance through an original, creative and luxurious decoration , maintaining the typical characteristics of the buildings of the old town of Palma . Its latest reform has been led by the prestigious interior designer Elvira Blanco , in charge of internationally renowned hotels

Sòller Town Houses

Sóller went through several periods of wealth and decline thru its history. In the 1920’s, Sòller saw a resurgence in its citrus trade. With a new era of wealth, a new neighborhood developed with many stately town homes. The homes had many stylish embellishments which reflected the the elements of style in Paris and Barcelona

Eloise Rodriguez

We visited Eloise Rodriguez at her Wallpapers Deco Mallorca showroom on Carrer de la Llotgeta, in a neighborhood of old Palma that is vibrant with bohemian flavor

I fell in love with Eloise’s painted canvases. As I am currently renovating my Fornalutx townhouse, I took special interest. I immediately visualized how her large painted canvases could create an beautiful atmosphere of subtle colors in our entry hall.

Eloise is an artist and a designer of fine wallpapers… and an interior decorator. Wallpapers Deco Mallorca focuses on the professional sector, the contract sector, yacht interiors and high decoration. The company has its own hand crafted design and production workshop, ObyO, in Consell, Malorca.

The showroom is stylish and comfortable. It has a mix of DECO furniture, contemporary lighting and colorful canvases which together form a captivating environment

Flowers

With almost perfect weather and endless sunshine, Majorca is blessed with a wide variety of flora. Spring arrives early to the Balearic Islands, so gardens bloom with color through out the year

Mallorcan architecture incorporates the outdoors through wide open windows and doors, broad terraces, and cultivated landscapes and garden design

Welcome

The Entry Gate at Jardines de Alfabia

The Doors are open. Majorcan Design is welcoming. It connects the outdoors to the indoors. It integrates historic and contemporary elements

Although the Jadines de Alfabia dates back to the centuries of Arab rule over Majorca, the estate and gardens continue to inform today’s Majorca Design style
